How do you handle account recovery?

Your Stripe subscription email is your account. You can change your password or request a reset link anytime. If you need to change the email, we verify ownership using a tiered policy:

Default recovery: If you contact us from the same email on the Stripe subscription, we’ll action the request.
Same-domain but different address: Please CC the original address (if it still exists) or proceed with DNS TXT verification.
Elevated recovery (lost access): We issue a DNS TXT challenge for your domain. Add the TXT record; once verified, we’ll update access (e.g., change subscription email, issue new stream URL).
Edge cases: If you truly can’t modify DNS (e.g., landlord controls it), we’ll handle it case‑by‑case with manual checks.

Why DNS TXT? It’s an industry‑standard hard signal (used by Google Workspace, AWS SES, Let’s Encrypt) proving you control the domain.

How are monthly plans billed?

Monthly subscriptions are billed quarterly upfront to unlock better pricing. You pay for three months at the start of each quarter and can cancel before the next quarter renews.

How do podcast-style radio segments fit into my stream?

With Custom Stream, we interleave your custom music, branded podcast-style radio segments, and any other audio you’re licensed to use (ads, promos, announcements) into a seamless 24/7 playlist.

What is Radio Segment Premium?

Radio Segment Premium doubles the quality stack using ElevenLabs premium voice models and a human script quality check before production. Available as a one‑time premium segment or as a monthly plan at exactly 2× the standard segment.

Do I need a subscription to use the streaming URLs?

Yes. Streaming endpoints (e.g., /stream/all and /stream/album/<slug>) require an active subscription billed quarterly upfront. Public self‑serve sign‑ups are coming soon. Custom streams will optionally include monthly refreshes (up to 5 tracks) and priority support. If you need access right away, please contact us on 𝕏.

Do I need a music license to use your tracks?

No additional licensing required. Our original AI-generated tracks completely sidestep ASCAP/BMI and APRA AMCOS licensing headaches. Since we only create original compositions (no covers, no replicas of famous songs), you avoid the complex web of performance rights organizations entirely. Full commercial usage rights are included in your purchase.

Can I use the music during business hours?

Absolutely. Our music is specifically designed for commercial use during business operations. Whether it's background music for customers, on-hold music, or streaming in your venue, you have complete rights to use it during all business hours.

Can you include lyrics about my business?

Absolutely! We specialize in AI-generated music that can include custom lyrics throughout the entire song or just in specific sections. The lyrics are generated based on your business, brand messaging, marketing goals, or any specific purpose you have in mind. This makes the music truly personalized to your company.

Will my music be unique to my business?

Each track is generated specifically for your project based on your brand requirements. While we use AI to create the music, every composition is original and tailored to your specifications. We do not resell or reuse tracks across different clients.

What makes your tracks truly original?

We only create 100% original compositions using AI. No covers of existing songs, no sound-alikes, and no replicas of famous tracks. This is what allows us to sidestep ASCAP/BMI and APRA AMCOS licensing entirely. Your business gets genuinely original music without the legal complexity of traditional licensing.

What file formats do you provide?

All tracks are delivered in both WAV (uncompressed, highest quality) and MP3 (compressed, smaller file size) formats. WAV files are perfect for professional audio systems, while MP3 files work great for most business applications and streaming.

What happens if the streaming service has dropouts?

Our Custom Stream package includes downloadable backup files specifically for this reason. If streaming is interrupted, you can seamlessly switch to local playback. For our basic streaming service, we maintain high uptime standards and provide technical support to resolve any issues quickly.

Can I request specific genres or styles?

Yes. During the initial consultation, tell us about your preferred musical styles, genres, tempo, and mood. We can create music ranging from ambient and classical to jazz, electronic, and contemporary styles. The more specific you are about your vision, the better we can tailor the music to your brand.

How many revisions do I get?

All one-time packages include up to 3 revision rounds per track. This allows you to refine the music to match your vision while setting clear boundaries for the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds can be arranged for an additional fee.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds are provided on one-time packages once the music creation process begins. This is standard practice in creative work, as AI generation involves time, expertise, and licensing costs that cannot be reversed. We include revision rounds to ensure you're satisfied with the final product.

What is your cancellation policy?

Monthly services (Ongoing Refresh, Venue Basic Stream, Custom Stream) can be cancelled at any time with no penalties. You retain usage rights to any music delivered before cancellation. One-time packages cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
