Location and stream scope
The entitlement is the source of truth for how many locations, zones and independently playing streams are covered. A single stream may be paired to ordinary business hardware, but its credential cannot be copied to create extra simultaneous streams.
Australia is the default territory. Use outside Australia needs a written product variation because local laws and third-party obligations differ.
Third-party and customer-supplied audio
This licence covers LoftwahFM-supplied business catalogue content and paid LoftwahFM custom finals. It does not authorise Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, commercial radio, customer uploads or any other third-party music.
If a customer asks LoftwahFM to host or schedule outside audio, the customer must have the rights needed for that use and must provide accurate provenance when requested. LoftwahFM may refuse or remove material that is not adequately cleared.
Branded announcements and factual claims
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the offers, prices, dates, claims, instructions and other business information it asks LoftwahFM to include. LoftwahFM may correct obvious production errors, but does not independently verify the customer’s claims.
No raw catalogue resale or sublicensing
The customer may use the music inside the business uses granted above. It may not extract, sell, sublicense, redistribute or operate a competing music library from the raw LoftwahFM business catalogue.
Streaming, availability and backups
LoftwahFM will operate the hosted service with reasonable care, but internet access, customer hardware, phone systems and external infrastructure can fail. The licence is a permission grant, not a promise that streaming will be uninterrupted.
A plan may include downloadable or cached backup audio for continuity. The plan and certificate state whether that backup is included and whether it follows an active subscription or a perpetual custom-final grant.
What a compliance certificate means
A LoftwahFM compliance certificate records the customer, covered locations or streams, catalogue or custom content scope, entitlement dates and the version of these terms. It is evidence of the LoftwahFM-specific grant at the time it was issued.
The certificate does not clear third-party audio, replace licences required for unrelated music, or give legal advice about the customer’s broader operations.
Cancellation and termination
When a subscription or hosted-service entitlement ends, the customer must stop using its shared catalogue stream and subscription-only backups. LoftwahFM may revoke its stream or device credentials.
Cancellation does not revoke the perpetual commercial-use licence attached to a custom final that was delivered and paid for in full. The version recorded on that custom order continues to apply unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
Privacy, billing and changes
Account and certificate data is handled under the LoftwahFM privacy notice. Billing cadence, price, inclusions and cancellation dates come from the customer’s order or plan.
New terms may apply to a future subscription period or future order after notice. Historical versions remain available by their versioned URL. LoftwahFM will not silently replace the licence attached to an already delivered perpetual custom final.
